Executive coaching
is likely to be the most bespoke and tailored practice in talent development. It stems from a trusted and impactful relationship between the coach and the client. Sessions are formed of 1:1 discussion, in which the coach provides a safe, structured, and appropriately challenging environment, enabling clients to create, define and hone potential pathways towards their objectives.
The coach also helps the client understand their current competencies, raise self-awareness, and identify appropriate actions and measurements to reach their goals.
Leadership coaching
is designed specifically for senior leaders and high achievers to bring long term positive and impactful change. Based on a trusted coach / client relationship, leadership coaching will help leaders enhance personal performance, and adopt the skills and behaviours necessary to lead with integrity, conviction, and passion.
The benefits and outcomes of a more effective, trusted, and inspirational leader can be inextricably linked to organisational culture, morale, and performance.
Career coaching
helps people meet their career aspirations by establishing professional goals, creating a plan, and overcoming obstacles that may be in the way. The sessions are usually focussed on results, behaviours, actions, and accountability. Helping the individual to clearly identify where they are now, what their strengths are, and what they want from their career.
Topics for discussion can be wide ranging, from building a new CV, transitioning to a new role, contract negotiations, or planning for retirement.
Business mentoring
involves someone with relevant experience providing direction and guidance. Helping to process difficult decisions, suggesting ways to progress objectives, challenge and motivate, all within the bounds of a trusted relationship. Mentors should be objective, impartial and experienced leaders or entrepreneurs.
In short, Business mentoring offers a sharing of views with someone who really understands the issues.
